Is there any guides anywhere for making a new language? The one I would like to create is basically HTML with more to it.
Ultimately what I would like to do is copy all of the HTML stuff and rename it so I have separate syntaxes for HTML and the one I would like to create since I will be using both of them.
Your best bet would be to fork the current html package and start fiddling.

How would I go about forking the current HTML package?
Would I be able so make the syntax key different easily? Ex: instead of HTML, I type IPS and it would switch to that syntax?
