Make ST3 re-scan directories

Im running St3 in a virtualbox vm where the files I am editing are on the C drive (shared folder under VBox).
If a file or a directory is modified on the host then St3 never sees that change. the only way to see that change is to close St3 and relaunch.

Is there a way to get St3 to refresh a directory tree so I dont have to keep closing and re-opening my project? If not I would like to add this as a feature request.

The Project > Refresh Folders menu command may do what you want. Despite the name, it will work in any window that has a folder open in the side bar; you should see the status line telling you the folders being refreshed.
