Currently you can run only one build system per Sublime window. If you have multiple tabs open in that window it will run it only for one tab and if you want to run build system for another tab you have to wait until first one is finished.
Can you make it, in next versions, that build systems are bound to tabs not windows. It that way you could run them for every open tab separately.
