[MacOS Sublime Text 4 (Build 4126)] unable to overwrite/save ("Overwrite write-protected file" ... "Error: Operation not permitted"

When using MacOS Sublime Text 4 (Build 4126), I am suddenly unable to save files. Every file asks me the following message when I save:

Overwrite write-protected file
~/Documents/Notes/samplefilename?

If I click Overwrite, I always get:

Unable to save ~/Documents/Notes/samplefilename
Error: Operation not permitted

I have tried different folders, new files, and existing files. Any help? I love Sublime, but I am going to need to switch apps as right now the work around is to continuously create new files.

What version of macOS are you running? Are you able to access those files from other file editors? Does Sublime Text have revoked permissions under System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy?
