macOS: OS tabs cover Sublime tabs

Expectation

Reproduce

1. Open two windows.
2. Window > Merge All Windows.
3. Switch to another OS tab. (The first one, where I ran Merge All Windows, has no problem.)
4. Problem in the first picture occurs.

Sublime Text: Build 4126
macOS: Version 12.4
