MacOS console: File is not a zip file

I have my MacBook fresh installed and download sublime on a clean system. After installing package control, I tried to install some packages but the installed packages does not work. Checking console output I get the following error codes.

Error loading /Applications/Sublime Text.app/Contents/MacOS/Packages/._ASP.sublime-package: File is not a zip file
Error loading /Applications/Sublime Text.app/Contents/MacOS/Packages/._ActionScript.sublime-package: File is not a zip file
Error loading /Applications/Sublime Text.app/Contents/MacOS/Packages/._AppleScript.sublime-package: File is not a zip file

and a lot more lines with error File is not a zip file

ASP, ActionScript and AppleScript are shipped with ST.

Prefixes ._ are strange but nothing Package Control would do.

It should be safe to remove those files.
