Hi, when I open a file on my Mac when the Sublime is already opened and in fullscreen, even though the file is getting opened, the window is not going to the Sublime window automatically. But when I open an already opened file, the window is automatically going to the Sublime window. I think this is the desired response and this should be the response when we open an unopened file also. Is it a bug or do I have to change any Sublime settings to solve the issue?

Depending on how you’re opening files when you experience this, you may want to experiment with turning off this setting, which applies only to OSX and is enabled by default:
// OS X only: When files are opened from finder, or by dragging onto the
