LSP plugin causes constant 26% CPU with Sublime

If I disable LSP it stops immediately.

I am not sure how long this has been the case but I don’t think it was always this way.

Is there a way to figure out what is going on?

LSP does nothing (unless you mean you have no server installed but only LSP itself). The resource monsters are most likely servers (doing indexing).
