Are you using an http proxy? Are your dns settings working? The server is downloaded from an eclipse domain.

Hi, I don’t use proxy, I have used my IPS at home and also my cellular line internet and in both cases I get the same error. I don’t know what is the Eclipse URL configured in Sublime to download the jdtls but I have logged in to the page and downloaded the package locally, but I don’t know how to configure Sublime to use the local.
