So I just updated Sublime Text to version 3.2.2 right after doing it, all the files of my desktop were gone, leaving only a couple of applications.
I checked the recycleBin and didn’t find anything, if I could get some help to find them back I would be grateful, since I lost most of my notes and lectures for class for example.

That really doesn’t sound like it is related to the Sublim Text update. I’m not sure what system you are on (Linux, Windows, or macOS), but I’ve been using Sublime Text for over 10 years, doing plenty of updates, and never had it wipe desktop files. While I can’t prove or disprove what happened, it seems like a coincidence more than them being related.
It may simply be that Windows Explorer crashed and you simply need to restart it to see your desktop back to normal.

It’s not the icons that are gone, many programms and files were completly remove from my pc, I can’t find them anywhere with the search bar, but the are not on the recycle bin as well
Backup, backup, backup.You must have had a crash, but I doubt that Sublime Text was responsible.
FWIW, you could try chkdsk C: /F, but it is not guaranteed to restore your files. You haven’t provided any information as to OS. If your disc is very old, it will need to be replaced, even it the aforementioned command works (in Windows 10). If you use the command, give it plenty of time to work (hours).
