Lost all settings and packages after reboot Mac

After a reboot today, SublimeText started as unregistered, no packages, all settings lost, all temp documents lost - all gone.

Have checked the library/application support/sublime text folders - looks like a clean install

Please advice. What can cause this?

Is all lost, or are there ways to recover anything ??
I must admit, I don’t even have a list of all packages and themes I was using.

Also realized that backups does not have any of the older library files saved…

All configuration is stored in that folder, which includes the session information that records what files you had open, unsaved changes, etc.

I’m not aware of anything obvious that would cause all of that information to be reset in the general case; was it an expected, scheduled reboot or something more sudden an unexpected?

Short of disk recovery tools there’s likely no way to get that information back if it was deleted, unfortunately.
