Looking for sync plugin to sync with other app

Hi,
I’m looking for a way to sync Sublime Text 3 with Pinegrow web editor. Basically I want to sync a website folder with folders and files and saving in one or the other application to that one folder.
Now saving doesn’t work reliable enough. There are sync plugins for Atom and Visual Studio Code, but I want to stick with Sublime Text 3.
Some advice is much appreciated!
