Loading PyV8 binary

Hello,
i’m using sublime text 3 its amazing but when i open it with Emmet plugin it keep showing this message like 5-10 mints and in this time Emmet is not working.
how can i disable this and keep Emmet working, since it happens every time i open sublime i wont wait 10 mints to start coding…
