LiveReload & BrowserSync Plugin both not working

Hi there!
I have been using Sublime Text for more than years. Now a days liveReload is not available to use. Moreover I setup browserSync package in sublime too. But browserSync doesn’t load the live server at all.

Any suggestion or help would be appreciated.
