Licensed and Registered: Purchase Pop Up after Latest Mac OS update 11.1

I have had a license since 2016 and it has also been registered in the Sublime Text app, but starting in the past week or so it keeps getting cleared.

I get the trial pop up asking me to purchase it and notice that my license key has been erased. I have entered it in multiple times, but it still keeps getting cleared. I have also reinstalled Sublime, but I get the same issue.

I recently updated to macOS Big Sur 11.1, so thinking that might be the issue.

Any ideas?

Can you provide a screen shot of the trial popup you’re seeing?

The reason why people ask to see what the dialog looks like is that sometimes paid plugins can popup dialogs and people confuse them with being the Sublime popup, but yours looks like the Sublime one, so I’d contact sales@sublimetext.com. They should hopefully help you get it sorted.
