I just ordered a license upgrade. The payment went through but I haven’t received my new license. I tried the license key retrieval but I received the error “Internal server error”

Contact sales@sublimetext.com ; they will get you sorted out. Note that SublimeHQ is based out of Australia, so time zones may affect when you get a response (and I think sales is seeing a higher than usual volume at the moment).
In the interim, Sublime will remain fully functional while the title bar tells you that a license upgrade is required, so your work won’t be interrupted.

I like Sublime text, I value the product and hard work that goes into making this software. Thus, I wanted to purchase a license upgrade and support the developers.
