License sent to wrong email

Hi, I purchased a Sublime Text license yesterday but I think I inputed a wrong email address. Either that, or the license was not sent to me.

Tried emailing sales@sublimetext.com a couple of times yesterday but i haven’t received any reply.

If you enter your email address into the License Key Retreival page, it will either email you your license key or tell you that there is no record of a purchase with that email address, so that might help you verify if the email address you entered was correct or not,

tried that. i indeed made a mistake in the email. how can i correct it? can anyone point me to the right direction.

In that case you need to email sales@sublime.com to get the problem resolved (the forum here is largely a volunteer effort). It may take a bit of time for your email to be answered as the company is based in Australia, I believe.

i already did email sales several times yesterday and today but no reply so far. I’m also from australia and i can’t find any contact number of their support or sales.

can someone point me to the best email where i can contact anyone from sublime text? i already emailed sales and support yesterday and there’s still no response.
