License never sent

I purchased a sublime license, but I never received it in my email.

I checked my spam already.

I tried to use the license retriever, but it shows that the email is unavailable after I input my email.

I have emailed the sales, but I did not get a response yet.

Only the sales department can help with something like this. I’m afraid your only option is to wait for a reply. Note that SublimeHQ is in Australia, so time zones may be at play in response times.
