License/License key from April 2016 not working on new computer

Hi!

I purchased Sublime Text back in April 2016 and I’ve decided to make the switch back to ST3 from VS Code. Unfortunately I can’t figure out how to get my license file working and I no longer have access to the machine as built on which I originally installed Sublime. The license retrieval form doesn’t seem to work for my email address which is curious since I’m able to see the Paypal receipt sent to that address. I’m not able to find any email containing a license key or a license key file that isn’t garbled. Are there any folks that do technical product support that could help me figure out how to retrieve my license? I’m happy to share any info necessary.

Unfortunately the only people that have access to that information are the sales people; if the license retrieval doesn’t work I think your best bet would be to ping sales@sublimetext.com with your purchase email address and order number from the receipt and they should be able to straighten you out.
