License Key haven't sent to me

I’ve been bought a sublime text 3 license, but for now i haven’t received key. What would I do???

Thank you for purchasing Sublime Text - I’m sorry to hear you’ve had issues receiving your license key.

To start, let’s first try retrieving your license key.

  1. Visit https://www.sublimehq.com/store/retrieve_key
  2. Enter the email you purchased Sublime Text with
  3. Check the email account for your license key

After these steps, if you still have not received your license key, please send an email to sales@sublimetext.com so we can investigate this further.

I was did as above steps, but didn’t worked! I’ve been sent an email to sales@sublimetext.com,no reply has been received yet.
