License key for Sublime Text 4143 not Working

Hello - just purchased a license for Sublime Text and entered the key including the
----- BEGIN LICENSE -----
and the
------ END LICENSE ------

I get an error pop-up the License key does not appear to be valid.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Sublime Text and still get the error.
I retrieved my license key to ensure there wasn’t an issue with the first one emailed and still get the same error.
I am on Windows 10 - please help.

Hi Benjamin, I am new to this forum as of 10 minutes ago.
I don’t see a direct message option just a reply directly below your message and a second reply at the bottom.
Can you instruct me how to direct message.

When logged in, click on his name. You will see a “Message” button in the resulting popup. Click on it.
