License doesnt work after upgrade, how to download older version?

I bought personal sublime license in Sept 2020. Though the license “do not expire” I have to pay again to get updates after 3 yrs post purchase. My last update in this 3 yr period was “BUILD 4126 21 December 2021”

I accidently updated to “BUILD 4143 11 November 2022”. So now my license does not work, and do not wish to pay for the update.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD OLDER VERSION?
HOW CAN I STOP/DISABLE SUBLIME BUGGING ME TO UPDATE EVERYTIME I LAUNCH IT?

To download older ST4 version example for version 4126:
https://download.sublimetext.com/sublime_text_build_4126_x64_setup.exe

Use this link for ST4 and replace 4126 to the version you want. Sublime text do not provide a link to older versions - sneaky.

Add line in Menu -> Preferences -> Setting -> “update_check”: false,
To stop update notification.
