Licence purchase problem

Hi,
I hope i’m in the correct forum. Anyway my problem is:
I wish to buy a Sublime Text licence. The Paypal site proposes a direct credit card payment in the USA, not in France (where I live): Paypal forces an account creation.
I don’t want to create a Paypal account that I won’t use. Is it possible to buy a licence in any other way or to remove this restriction on Paypal payment?

To my knowledge, no, payments are only accepted through PayPal. My understanding of this is because Sublime HQ is located in Australia and they’ve had a hard time finding a good alternative that works with Australian banks, but accepts payments worldwide.
