Some people like to complain, some like me , like to do!

Let’s reply to some unanswered posts! :slight_smile:

search.php?search_id=unanswered

Hints:

  • Some questions are just duplicates, try to find the correct thread and just link it.
  • If it is a bug report, try to find the bug, github.com/SublimeText/Issues/issues , if found, just link to it, if not and you have some time, just fill it.

What else? Ideas always welcome :smiley:

PS: reply to this thread does not count :stuck_out_tongue:

I guess that many of the issues will be fixed (or at least narrowed down) if the user is prompted to answer few simple questions:

  1. What version of Sublime are you using?
  2. What platform are you using? (Windows/OSX/Linux and what version of that OS)
  3. Did you tried to revert to a freshly installed state?

What’s the status? Still thousands of unanswered posts. Still new unanswered posts every day. Still no reply on my support mails.
