It seems that LaTeXTool and LaTeXing are not working anymore and are not under continuous development. Any advice for the LaTeX/XeTeX build tool with ST4 would be greatly appreciated.

For what it’s worth, when I updated Sublime today (to build 4189), LaTeXTools stopped working. I resolved this by manually uninstalling and re-installing LaTeXTools via the ctrl-shift-p package manager menu. (The newer version 4.0.1 did not appear until I manually uninstalled the old version).

In case automatic updates are disabled, package updates can still be triggered manually via “Package Control: Update Package” or “Package Control: Update All Packages”. It shouldn’t be needed to uninstall packages first.

For me, automatic updates are enabled, but did not trigger for some reason. But good to know about the manual update option, which I had missed.

It’s currently performed when starting ST and last check took place 12 hours earlier. So long living sessions without restarting ST won’t receive automatic updates.
