Launch external diff viewer for SVN comparisons?

#1

I was wondering if it’d be possible to get sublime to do this. I have a separate diff viewer that I love (Beyond Compare). I have Tortoise SVN set up such that when I right click on a version-controlled file and select “Diff” it will start up Beyond Compare so I can see the differences between my file and the repo (or, if there are no differences, it shows me the last two revisions).

I’d like to be able to set it p so I can issue this command from within Sublimetext (so I don’t have to hunt for the file in my file browser).

Any ideas on how I can get this set up?

https://packagecontrol.io/packages/BeyondCompare might be a good place to start.

thanks! not quite what I’m looking for in this thread, but I didn’t know about that plugin and it’ll be helpful in a whole different set of circumstances.

You might want to give EasyDiff a spin; the info page mentions external diff integration, plus it also supports version control with some setup, so it may do what you need.
