LaTeX Tools and Sublime Text 3: not compiling anymore

#1

Hello all!

I have been using ST3 along with LaTeX Tools for some time now and I really like the combo. I have been using this setup on both Linux Mint 17.2 Rafaela (with TexLive) and Windows 8.1 (MikTex). On Linux everything works fine, but on Windows I haven’t been able to compile anything for a couple of days.

I have tried uninstalling MikTex and reinstalling it, as well as switching to TexLive on Windows. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled LaTeX Tools, migrated user setting, reset everything to default but without any good result. The message I’m getting is the following:
[Compiling C:\path\notes.tex]

TraditionalBuilder: Engine: pdflatex -> pdftex. Invoking texify…
and it just hangs there. I have tried looking at the Task Manager and I can see that pdflatex is in fact being invoked, it compiles and everything is working fine. The output files are there, timestamps are correct and the pdf is valid. I have tried compiling with TexMaker, and it works, so MikTex is excluded from the chain, it must be either LaTeX Tools or Sublime. From what I gather, perhaps the termination of the pdflatex process is not detected correctly and the output is not visualized, is this possible? Any idea on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much for your time!

Greetings,
