In the official release post where they announce Sublime 3.1 (version that supports ligatures), they have a screenshot titled ligatures.php where we can see ligatures applied with Fira Code. There we can see the keyword “class” is italicized i.e. it’s a bit slant, in italic font. However when I installed Fira Code, I do not have italic keywords. The ligatures work, the keywords are highlighted but they’re not italic like they are in the screenshot. What’s wrong here? Are they using some special version of Fira Code or is it some theme/color scheme issue? I’m using ayu theme.
