I cannot get Plug-in Keyboard shortcuts to work in Sublime Text 3. I noticed it most on HTMLBeautify, but CSS Prettify doesn’t work either, nor do many of the other keyboard commands form packages I have installed. They used to work on my old computer just fine. This is now a problem on both my work laptop and my computer at home. Default Sublime Text commands are fine. The also don’t work in Sublime text 2.

In addition, the commands from the drop down menu do work, so the packages are functioning

Are you perhaps overriding those shortcuts in your user key mappings? Have you tried copying the shortcuts into your user key mappings (eg: https://github.com/rareyman/HTMLBeautify/blob/master/Default%20(Linux).sublime-keymap).
Note that the HTMLBeautify shortcuts only work in a file with html highlighting.
