Key Bindings toggle_side_bar doesn't work

Why the line { “keys”: [“end”], “command”: “toggle_side_bar” }, dont work ?

Assuming you placed the line in the appropriate key bindings file, it should work just fine unless the layout of your keyboard is different enough from the norm that Sublime doesn’t think the key you’re pressing is the End key.

Note however that the side bar can’t be made visible if there is nothing to display in it because that would be a waste of screen space. The two things that the side bar can display is the list of folders (and their contents) that are open in the window, and the list of currently open files.

So all else being equal, if the key binding doesn’t work it is likely because you don’t have any folders open and the setting for displaying currently open files in the sidebar is turned off. In the first case you can use File > Open Folder to open a folder and in the second case you can use View > Sidebar > Show Open Files to turn on the display of open files, either of which will allow the sidebar to become visible.
