Key binding UI requirement

Let’s look at vs code,everytime you install a package, it shows function list, and keybinding list, you can edit them easily, als o there is a conflict remind, so sweet!
and in sublime, setting a keybinding could be a nightmare, even for a long term user like me.
hope sublime could enhance this place,we all need that!
