Key binding by file type

I currently have two packages that I would like to use for autocompletion (Hayaku and alternative autocompletion). I want the tab key to use the alternative autocompletion package in all files except for css and scss files, which I want to use Hayaku for. Anyone know the key-binding for this? I’m a noob when it comes to key-bindings so any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
