Keep file preview while editing

Hello,

Is there a way to keep the file preview active when editing a file? In my workflow, I often do a lot of small edits across different files and have to keep closing each file after the edit to not have a lot of files open. I’d prefer to have files in the preview mode until I double-click the file in the sidebar/tabbar (I’m used to this behavior from Xcode). Is this possible with ST4?

There is no way to do this. Note that previews are exclusive, so previewing another file will replace currently previewed files.
