Just installed ST3. Have tab/file display issue

Seem to have an issue with displaying the tab/files at the top. First time using ST and would love to get it working as my new code editor.

How weird. Did you install any packages?

No packages. Only thing I attempted was a different theme.

Also deleted and reinstalled it and I still get the same issues.

Oh! You should restart Sublime after changing themes.
