I've made a color scheme, now what?

So i like this visual studio code dark+ theme and searched for it on packagecontro.io but didn’t find it, found only vscode dark theme so i installed it and edited it into dark+ color scheme and i want to submit it to packagecontrol.io so people who like dark+ color scheme can use it, how can i do that? I tested default channel with ChannelRepositoryTools but it’s giving me error saying it needs to be in alphabetical order
