It seems that the "theme" item in my theme settings never worked?

It seems that the “theme” item in my theme settings never worked?
But the “color_scheme”: item works.
Changing multiple topics didn’t work.
The “Afterglow-magenta.sublime-theme” file is in the same path as the “Afterglow-monokai.tmTheme” file

Is there anything else I need to set up?
My ST3 version is 3211

The two displays on the picture look the same.
So you can be sure that the “theme” item has no effect.

what if you select your theme via Preferences -> Theme...?
