Issues with sublime 3 on Mavericks DP6

Unable to save ~/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/Packages/Default/Preferences.sublime-settings
Error: unable to create tmp file in /Users/alexey/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/Packages/Default

Tried to save default settings.
Added sublime to Security->Privacy->Accessibility but it still shows the error.

And I still cannot edit default settings and default key bindings. It just doesn’t type anything in the file once it’s opened.

You should not be allowed to edit Default.* files.

Why do you want to edit defaults (not user) files in the first place?

I did it all the time for some reason… and it used to work.
