Issue getting serial

Purchased a license. Initial email didnt show up. Requested license be emailed. Site states it has been. Email never shows up. Was able to sign up for the ST Forums. Still cannot get the license email.

Is there a different way to get it?

I’m having the same problem, and contacted both sales and support last week. No word yet, but I’ll try again.

Meanwhile, someone at Sublime might want to check the outbound mail queue!

I emailed right after my previous post. No response as of yet. I would think at least an email stating my request was received. Not even that.

It usually takes about a day for a response. Usually emails not being received is a problem with spam filters.

Normally I would agree. In this case they aren’t ending up in my spam folder.

Any movement? I’ve sent yet another email, but not a peep from anyone at Sublime. Honestly disappointed.

I guess the next step is filing a claim with the credit card company.

I got an email this morning actually with my license. It was from the email I sent to sales.
