I have confirmed through my bank that I have paid for my subscription renewal, but your interface is so awful, I can’t figure out what to do to get the software back in service.
Is this the only way to ask a billing question?

If you having a billing question, the best place to ask it is sales@sublimetext.com, which will connect you direct with the people in charge of that sort of thing.
