Is there any possible way to column paste?

Hi fellow forum members,

I have done some researches on online and could’ve not found the way to column paste which functions like Visual Studio and NotePad++.

So, assume that I have the following lines of text.

aa
bb
cc

and

AA
BB
CC

What I want to do is that I would like to column select the second block of texts and paste them next to first block of texts like the following:

aa AA
bb BB
cc CC

Is there any possible plugins or something similar to that on ST3?

You don’t need a plugin and that’s how multiple cursors work. You just need to make sure you use the same number of cursors between copy and paste.

Sorry, I don’t know. If you are working on CSV files, try Advanced CSV.
