I have emailed every address that I can find and hit their Twitter account but can’t get anyone to respond for the last 2 days. is there any way that I can retrieve my license? like is it in the registry or something? I’m trying to install Sublime Text on my new machine but evidently, I deleted my license email and when I go to retrieve it from the license port page it says invalid info but can see my purchase date and registered name on my existing machine. I have reached out to sales and support emails both as well as the Twitter account and no one has responded. For a $100 text editor, I would expect at least some acknowledgment saying we will get to it.
Is there another way to get your license back?
