Is sublime linter working in nested scopes?

#1

is SublimeLinter active in embedded scopes? Like when you use CMake syntax inside a Markdown file? I am troubleshooting an ST3 issue and got a warning here:

SublimeLinter: WARNING: 'foo.md' puts 5 cmakelang tasks on the queue.
SublimeLinter: WARNING: 'foo.md' puts in total 5(!) tasks on the queue.
SublimeLinter: WARNING: cmakelang output:
ERROR Unexpected UNQUOTED_LITERAL token

this may not be related to my problems in any kind, but i didn’t expect to see CMake linting markdown files.

now that i think about it this does make sense. Is there any way to disable linting for Markdown?
