I would install ST2 or ST3 in my web server, i have only bash command, i don’t have the GNU.
If it 's possible, could explain step by step how could i:
- install it
- set it
- import plugins
- run it

I appreciate that English is probably not your native language, but your statement here does not make sense. Perhaps you made a typing mistake? “GNU” makes software (including bash), but is not a component that is or isn’t available. Perhaps you mean you don’t have a GUI (Graphical User Interface) on your web server? That seems quite possible. If so, then no you cannot use ST2 or ST3 on your web server since it is a GUI application.
