I have downloaded the sublimtext3, I just want to install the package control to set up other extention.But I can’t visit the packagecontrol.io.is packagecontrol.io down?

can’t really remember but isn’t there a Preferences / Install Package Control or something?

packagecontrol.io is not down, I tested it and it works properly.

If you’re in China, you may be out of luck, at least for the time being. When the server was rebuilt recently the IP address changed and now it’s in an IP block that is being blocked.
