Hi, recently, I have noticed a lot of minor glitches and non-workings in ST3. From cranky LaTeXing highlighting, to regular frezes (with spinning beachball). Today I’ve got info that my LaTeXing needs to be updated, but there are no options for Package Control although it seems to be installed. Can anyone help? What is going on??

Check your Preferences and see if Package Control is in the ignored_packages setting.
Thanks for this! I totally forgot that Package Control is a package and can be ignored. Foolish of me. (I have also realized that some other packages are ignored too. Vintage was always there, dunno why. I have R and Markdown there as well.)
Vintage is disabled by default because it uses rather invasive key bindings to emulate vi.
