I read that Sblime is offered for $80 but I do not know whether this is a recurrent annually or not, or it it is a one time purchase. Thanks

Expiration Date
Licenses purchased for Sublime Text 3 do not expire, however an upgrade fee will be required for Sublime Text 4.

And, to clarify, Sublime 4 has not been announced and there is no indication that the version will change anytime soon.
