I downloaded the BUILD 3047 and installed it on my windows machine. I tried to open an existing HTML project by going in to FILE -> OPEN PROJECT
and the Project opened in a new instance of Sublime Text 3. Now there are two ST screen on my desktop. I know it’s not that big issue as I can simply close the previous of ST but I am just curious. Is it a bug??
Is it a bug in general 3047 build of Sublime Text?

This is intended behavior. There is “Switch Project” which does exactly what you want.
