Internal Server Error - Managing subscriptions

#1

EDIT: We did access the subscription page just after posting, but trying to allocate a licence threw the same error. Experiencing server/ DB issues?

Posting this as all threads about this issue date to 2017 or older.

We just purchased licences for our organisation (our first purchase), as we have a need for a text editor with language/syntax support.

After the purchase we allocated licences to the core team. This worked fine.

Now, wanting to allocate the rest of the licences, we are met with an Internal Server Error message.

We can access the dashboard, but trying to manage the subscription (to allocate licences) throws the error.

Any advice would be appreciated. (the usual trivial measures have been tried)

If anyone from the Sublime org reads this: it’s not a good way for us to introduce a new tool, a swift resolution would be of great importance to maintain trust.

Hi @helar11,

Sincere apologies you’re having trouble managing your subscription - rest assured our team will investigate this and look to get this resolved as soon as possible.

As a first step, would you mind emailing sales@sublimetext.com with the details of the error you are experiencing (including any error codes), via the email address you used to purchase the license?

Thank you for your patience while we resolve this.

Kind regards,
- Dylan

Hi! I have sent an email, and another now with a screenshot of the error message. There is no error code given though.
