Intalling plugin in sublime text3

I am new in sublime text 3. I downloaded “view in browser” plugin. I unzip the file but now I don’t know how to install it. Does anybody would you tell me how to proceed?

I would generally recommend using Package Control for installing packages/plugins: sublime.wbond.net/

I did that and appears in the pack. installation. Any other suggestion?
