Installed 3103 and now cannot drag and drop to open files

I just installed sublime text 3103 and now the ability to drag files from windows explorer onto the exit window to open new files seems to be disabled.

Anyone else seeing this problem?
Is there a fix? If not is there a way to backout this build?
